The booster pump system accomplishes its automation ability via its tank pressure switch, which turns the booster pump off once the tank is full.
This booster pump system Raises the water pressure and maintains it at the ideal level for the system to operate at maximum efficiency. Recommended for use on water supplies with low pressure or high concentrations of total dissolved solids (TDS). The pump is self-priming and whisper-quiet. It runs on a 24VAC transformer (included) from a standard 120VAC electrical outlet.
System includes: Flexible mounting plate, quick connect fittings to accommodate 1/4" tubing and a tank pressure shut-off switch. This booster Pump has been developed for areas where the incoming water pressure may be below 50 psi. You may also need this booster pump if your water is very turbid or "brackish" with high TDS readings or if you are wanting to process high volumes of purified water through your Aquasafe Reverse Osmosis System.
